Wellness Program
If you are looking to enhance your general well being
and want to address your nagging or general aches and pains, our
wellness program can help. Some people come in for a 1 to 2 hour
treatment and learn some self treatment techniques to address their
problem areas. This may be all that is needed. Others will work on self
treatment and then return for additional treatments to get the most out
of what Healing In Motion and myofascial release has to offer. The
frequency of visits is entirely up to you! "Wellness"
is not covered by insurance but health savings accounts can be utilized. The hourly rate for our Wellness Program is $100 per hour.
Occupational/Physical Therapy Program
To
receive therapy under Occupational or Physical Therapy, a prescription
from a DO, MD is required. Since we are considered "out of network" for
all insurances, we recommend calling and verifying your coverage with
you insurance company. We provide a worksheet to guide you when speaking to your insurance for reimbursement and that is available
under our "Resources" link.
In order to continue to deliver quality time and care
to our patients we continue to be a "cash based clinic". This allows us
to strive for quality care for our patients instead of treating a large quantity
of patients. This may seem inconvenient but previous and current
patients find it well worth the effort. Sometimes one must do something
different to get something different. The first evaluation is $190 and hourly rates thereafter are $160. Out of network insurance coverage
varies, we do supply a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company
for reimbursement purposes.
