Loose your pain, not your motion.
You might be asking, 'What can therapy do for me? I am able to move my extremities and accomplish everyday tasks.' Our question to you is, 'how well can you do them?' What you may view as a minor physical ache or pain would still benefit from therapy. Therapy is not just for those recovering from surgery or trauma.
Our therapists have helped many individuals achieve symptom improvement following their initial visit. We do this by looking at the person as a whole not just the symptoms. Our therapy is provided in individual treatment rooms. Offering individuals the time and space to speak freely as well as feeling safe to relax and get the most out of their treatment sessions. We foster empowerment so that you can learn to manage your symptoms at home to get the most out of your returning therapy visits. This might include instruction on self treatment, stretching, activity modifications and/or exercise. All intended for you to get the most out of therapy and your time. We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and massage therapy. All therapists have taken John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release Approach as well as other techniques that compliment the myofascial work.
