To Stop the Spread of COVID-19






COVID-19 Procedure at Healing In Motion, PLLC


As of June 2022, Healing In Motion, PLLC continues to require patients and any accompanying individual to wear a mask while in the treatment area and while receiving treatment.

  • Masks are to be correctly worn by patients at all times while in the office and during treatments.

  • If a patients facemask does not fit properly and does not remain over nose and mouth a disposable facemask will be provided for use during treatment.

  • All therapists will correctly wear their masks during treatments.

  • Each therapist will self-screen before the start of each shift and repeat their screening mid-shift if they work longer than 3 hours a day. If they have a temperature of 100.4°f or more and fail the screening questionnaire, they will not be treating patients for that day and will not return to work until they are cleared for COVID-19 symptoms.

  • In addition to our previous cleaning protocols, frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned between treatment sessions

  • You will wash your hands (for 20 sec. Following CDC guidelines for hand washing) or use hand sanitizer.

  • The therapist will wash their hands following CDC guidelines for hand washing before each treatment session and if needed, during treatment.

  • Please do not bring additional people with you for your appointment. (some exceptions apply)


If you have any of the following symptoms, please cancel your appointment and get screened by a medical physician immediately.


Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 48 hours:

  • fever or chills

  • cough

  • shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • fatigue

  • muscle or body aches

  • headache

  • new loss of taste or smell

  • sore throat

  • congestion or runny nose

  • nausea or vomiting

  • diarrhea

If the answer is yes to any of the above symptoms, you should seek immediate medical attention.


Signage will be placed on the outside of each treatment room, indicating the procedures to be followed.


Please note that water will not be available at the office building as all drinking fountains are closed due to State Rules. Communal water is not available inside the treatment rooms.


Blankets are also not available; however, we will have sheets if additional covers are needed for your comfort, you can bring your own blanket if you would like.
